Product Design
Research & Ideation
Conducting market research, user research, and trend analysis to identify opportunities and generate innovative ideas for new products or product improvements.
Concept Development
Translating ideas and insights into conceptual designs, sketches, and prototypes that capture the essence of the product and its intended user experience.
Engineering & Prototyping
Engineering the product to ensure technical feasibility, functionality, and manufacturability. Prototyping allows for iterative testing and refinement of the product design.
Design for Assembly
Mechanical Engineering
Designing the mechanical components and systems of the product, including mechanisms, structures, and assemblies, to meet performance requirements and durability standards.
Manufacturing Support
Collaborating with manufacturing partners to optimize production processes, select appropriate materials and suppliers, and ensure that the product can be efficiently and cost-effectively manufactured at scale.
We find the correct supplier for your parts and products.
Branding & Packaging Design
Creating a cohesive brand identity for the product, including logo design, graphic design, and packaging design, to communicate its value proposition and appeal to target customers.
Sustainability and Environmental Considerations
Incorporating sustainable design practices, eco-friendly materials, and lifecycle assessments to minimize the environmental impact of the product and promote responsible consumption.
Industrial Design
Translating ideas and insights into conceptual designs, sketches, and prototypes that capture the essence of the product and its intended user experience.

Reducing: Costs, Weight, Time, Labor and Complexity
Lean Design
When you create a product you want it to be created in it’s best form. And we believe there is always a way to “the perfect product”. The perfect product might be a dream but it can also be created. By designing from first principles, the laws of physics, you can pretty much determine how a product should function when it’s performing at its best.
The perfect product doesn’t only perform it’s desired tasks or functions but it is also built in the most efficient way.
This method aims to create a product with the least amount of parts and therefore the least amount of mass. With a lower weight for the parts comes lower costs and likely also less time to produce a part. Because you speed up to the production, your costs for the part come down, your production time comes down.
Increasing: Quality, Profit, Time to Market
Lean Design
There are multiple methodologies to use when thinking of Lean Design, but one of the most famous is Poke Yoke. Developed by Japanese ….. to create the most efficient car manufacturing line on the planet. It basically means, it only works one way.
Reduce Costs, Raise quality
-
When you design things to be simple, everything that is connected to to it becomes easier.
-
When we aim to decrease the cost of a product we zoom in on the way it should be.
-
Decreasing labor reduces the time for assembly, the time for production and thereore again the costs.
-
When we reduce all of the above, it also stas costing less and less time, and therefore money to maintain your business. It can also decrease the needed employees, or increase their amount of useful work.
Effort
Product Design
A well-designed product can enhance brand awareness, reduce costs, streamline manufacturing, save time in assembly, and improve overall quality, ultimately enhancing the customer experience. Starting with a first-principles approach is essential for developing any type of product, process or service.
Engineering
To improve your product even more it needs meticulous attention to detail. How will it be used, how does it need to be assembled or how can we improve it’s functionality. Good engineering makes your product viable. Great engineering makes your product indistinguishable from magic.
Lower costs = Higher profit
Wether or not you make a profit on your product is completely determined on how you implemented the complete package. Cutting costs, losing weight of material, finding production efficiencies or changing your entire approach. We find improvements were you wouldn’t.
